Mr Pong, A usless Builder in Hua Hin

 Well, It looks like I have terminated the contract with Mr Pong, He is quite happy about it, Now he doesn't have to show up anymore. OK, so the final nail in the coffin was that I had to call him, say 400-500 times over the period of 4 weeks, from October 1st to November 4th. No answer, he replied with a few messages saying he was in hospital BS, There is nothing wrong with him whatsoever. He may have been punched in the face by another customer.  I sent him a few photos of the swimming pool that had collapsed due to a bit of severe weather. The blockwork has started to bow, and it was only a matter of time, and I mentioned to him if he didn't do anything about it then the symbolic collapse of it would change everything.  for details, it's 1 year since he received payment, 4 weeks since its collapsed. and I took a video of him seeing it for the first time, How the hell this guy operates after this is beyond me, but of course he will. Well, I managed to speak with Mr Pong today, I have called him about 500 times over the period of 5 weeks, He refused pick up, said his phone was broken with a piss poor lie. I told him to meet me on Satrday so I can get him to sign some paperwork to state that he has incomplete the job. Will he turn up? even after getting the cunt to repeat the works I promise to show up on Satreday at 12. This is just the worst, Its like a sewage pipe has broken in my mind, and Mr Pongs garbage lifestyle has swamped my life.

 Well its happened, Mr Pong no longer is answering the phone, The pool has collapsed I sendt him pictures to shame him into coming along to at least pick up the blocks and to my astonishment he has not had any effect at all, It has just hit home to me that I have been well a truly stung. I have so many more issues to write about and this collapse of the pool is not even the worse.

 Well today my wife found out my builder that I contracted to build our house owes 3 builders merchats money. so if that's 3 confirmed then I would tink its more, I suppose I will have to team up with them to create a police report as there is no way this guy is ever going to afford to complete my house. The other thing I learn is today he holds what money that he has close to his chest, He cant work with banks as they will just take it. as some point I'm just going to have to corner him and take what back is mine..

Well, Here it is, my first blog post regarding the truly awful builder that I employed to build my house in Hua HIn. What a nightmare. Where do I start, Maybe the the month and date when I first asked him to build my house which was June 2022. We are now in September 1st 2013 and its not finished.
